you can scuttle your boat? (obviously by like crashdiving forever) but like wouldnt the DD's just mash you up with 105's?

you can scuttle your boat only technically if you are using SH3 Commander to run SH3.


basically you just surface while the DDs blow you to tiny bits. once the death screen comes along exit SH3 normally and using SH3 Commander you can change your status to "Captured at sea" and it will develop a backstory that envolves you surviving and going to a POW camp and living to a ripe old age as opposed to imploding 500 feet beneath the surface never to be seen or heard from again.

whne you do that it says all your crew are dead though... if any should be dead onyla handful shoudl like those who didnt get out in time ya know?
