Both the VII & IXB/C boats have the same TGA file and will only need a rename to make a skin work.

Just dl and unzip them then pop the folder in your mods folder if your using JSGME, if you have not got get, well worth getting takes the pain out of manual swapping around. All my skins are tga, so no problem with GWX 2.0

I think i needs some advice or help here, so here goes.

I've downloaded CapZaps All BGW skin as pictured earlier in this thread but after applying it through JSGME my IXC only shows the new pattern on the conning tower.

Below is a list of files included in CapZaps file and i think i'm missing NSSUboatIXB. Am i right about this and if so do i need another file or should i rename the 9D2 file ?

That's a IXD2 skin.

All the IX boats share the Turm9c & Turm9c_1 that's why you only see it on the conning tower.

LOL.

I only said the IXB & IXC share files and even then you will need to rename them.

The IXD2 has a completely different TGA for the hull. It is a bit bigger than the rest and has an extra hull section.

A rename will not work in this instance. You need IXB or IXC skin files.:up:

I kinda feared it wouldn't be that easy. Suppose now i'll have to start an IXD2 career.
