As long as a law is made saying its wholly and solely for criminals, and runs as letum said, only for the course of the sentence.

As for the vibrating, electroshock ones - nope. never.

I meant that next week you'll be in favor of doing it to people who let their dogs poop on the lawn, and then the guy who puts his trash out on the wrong day.

Sailor Steve has it right. It won't stop with the criminals. Like any techonology, it will ontinue its March until we are all enslaved by it.

I only want to stop it for the criminals because that is simply a stepping stone to the rest of us.

What the heck kind of answer is that?

No, but you know that governments always like to do things to increase their reach and power. Rarely has it ever gone back the other way. Remember income tax was supposed to be a temporary measure.
