Skwasjer corrected 2 bugs in the latest scene.dat and now I haven't seen any choppy ocean while I was playing SH4, I will do some more tests on the new file and send it in a PM

I want to add my thanks to y'all for continuing the work Dave began.
I don't think there will ever be a final release of ROW.
The modding community has picked up the ball and will run with it in Dave's honor and memory.

Very well said FR, there will never be another Dave. The work here is very much driven by his memory and in his honor.
