Why do you assume the Supreme Court will do anything other than what it has consistently done for the last 50 years? They will always enhance government and corporate power and limit or circumscribe individual rights and freedoms.

Their job is to interpret the Constitution. That is why they exist. In this case, they have no other choice but one choice, so I have no doubt which way they will go, especially considering that they are for the rare time in history very much one sided to the conservative side, which directly translated, they will not be changing much from how the majority of the citizens of this country see things. The short answer - DC is about to lose this one.
