Wow, you actually made this mod and posted it in my old thread after so many years. I just came back to my old thread after years to look for other fixes and found your awesome Fire button fix. I will install and try it out shortly. But first a big thank you mate.

~~If only I can find a way to run SH3 in 4K now!! The old resolution fix (d3d9.cfg) does not seem to work beyond 1920x1080 resolution.~~ EDIT: Well well well... I actually got the game to start in 3840x2160 resolution with the d3d9.cfg. I confirmed and it was running in full 2160p resolution on my OLED. Sweet. Time to play SH3 is glorious 4K.

That would be for stock images I believe your Periscope button fix was from the stock SH3 Image correct.
