I wouldn't mind seeing a stealth version :hmm:

Great vids, mate! :rock:Crysis can be quite astounding sight at times, eh? ;)
I'm thinking of starting a COD 4 walkthru thingy, I take Veoh is the place to upload the vids for good quality? |
This is the place:
http://stage6.divx.com/videos/ And this is how it looks: http://stage6.divx.com/user/stabiz/v...20025/USS-Fang |

-S PS. That video quality is so good, I think I'm going to have to switch and see if I can get Divx to play nicely with my system. I like Xvid as a codec better, so if I can get Divx to stop taking over my system, then I'll make the switch permanent. I am uploading a test video right now to see if it will like the Xvid format. |

Also, rename the following files, or put them in a temp directory: CryTek.sfd Trailer_Crytek.sfd Trailer_CrytekC.sfd Trailer_EA.sfd Trailer_Intel.sfd Trailer_NVidia.sfd This way, you don't have to watch all the stupid startup advertising and go straight to the game. Quote:
One more note - I tried to corale them. By constantly moving and shooting - shoot and scoot, notice that the NK's have no idea where to look for you, so they tend to congregate in one general area. This allows me to pick them off. Works on real people too in MP if they are acting like a team. If I lay low and hide, then they will spread out all over the place - good way to get killed! -S |

Nice shot.
I wonder how Crysis compares to COD4? |
Crysis certainly looks way better if one has the rig for it. I'm in about half way of the game and the story is average, IMO. Cant tell how the latter part of the game is. :hmm:

I dont know if your allowed to put up rapidshare links in here anyone want to try it out PM me |
k - Give me time here. I've finially made stage 6 play nice with my system - I can still use Xvid to do my encodings, and Stage 6 likes them now for some reason - probably because I never used any non Divx compatible Xvid settings for the encodings. You get less quality on the encoding, but the vid still looks good. With Xvid, I have full control over the compression ratio's of the I / P / B frames - something I don't like to give up.
I'll repost that town attack vid in a minute. Still uploading. This time you get full FPS and full detail (barely noticeable compression blocks, but I had to put a cap on the file size so I cut the file size into 1/2 what it originally was). -S PS. Kiwi - use some Very High settings on DX9 - works fine if you can handle it. |
I'm sorry if this seems a bit off-topic , but I had to ask...especially since Crysis seems so cool.
At what settings will my rig be able to run Crysis? Here are the specifications : AMD Athlon 64 3500+ 2GB DDR RAM (PC3200) Nvidia Geforce 8500GT |
