I survived for 10 minutes and then resurfaced I was at 500ft in a Baloa-class

890ft with 1st US "thin can" and surviving ... went pop at 980ft

For sure that my crew did all that they could to hold the walls togetter with neils and wood ... but it was to much pression on the hull...

and are going deeper than would normaly be possable for those sub's without meeting Davy Jone's
