How to change the pic in the radio room?

You can either DL a mod that lets you randomise it every time you load SHIII or edit yourself. You need to edit a file with a graphics editor to do it. Some more details here:

If you want to change the poster in SH3 radio room follow this path;

SH3/data/Textures/TNormal/tex

a. druck_radio_21.tga,
b. druck_radio_7.tga, and
c. druck_radio_9.tga.

Please note that if you are using GWX mods/patches all/most tga files are in DAT format (feel free to correct me GWX team if that is incorrect). If you are unable to find the file/s mentioned above please use the Dat Extractor link provided below and you can also use Timetraveller's SH3 Unpacker link provide below.
