That seems like a somewhat ineffective formation for a hunter killer group. Shouldn't they be spread out more?

IrischKapitan 07-31-07 02:22 PM

It dose not matter if was Walker, just stay clear of them, 6 Black swans = certain death if detected

Kaleu. Jochen Mohr 07-31-07 02:30 PM

hehehe :arrgh!:

just make a heroic sea battle with them :yep:

surface, mann the deck gun, blast towards them, sink them when approaching and burry the dead later :up:

Amazing. The sorts of things one keeps running into in SH3 GWX. :D

I believe the term bevy generally refers to Quails and sometimes larks. Swans are more generally referred to as flocks or wedges when in flight.

Aren't I knowledgeable :know:

When not flying it is generally a bevy of swans. When flying it is a wedge of swans. ;)

Although I'm sure there are other acceptable terms.

Well I wont fall out with you over swans. I did hedge my bets by inserting 2 generallys in my original reply. Damaging my street cred even talking about them. Swans are for wimps. Now budgies are a different kettle of fish

Ahhh... a chatter of budgies, LOL!

@Foghladh_mhara

Well... yes, and no. Herd didn't sound right so I chose Bevy. Apparently any/all of the following collective nouns are for use with Swans. :) Whiteness sounds good - but not for ships!

S
wans - Herd, Bank, Bevy, Game, Squadron, Wedge, Whiteness and Drift

Ha ha ha ha - thanks Brag! How did I ever forget the REAL term? "Bunch of bastard Swans" - that's the one. :rotfl:
