I think Nuoz has a point ith positive bouyancy and the boat being exposed.
Snakeeyes; check your \Submarine\NSS_Uboat9b\NSS_Uboat9b.cfg Periscope depth. Is it less then 13.5;meters ? (IXB) I ran into a similar problem, some damn where I can't remember, but from 2.0 to the 2.15 update. Positive boyancy got my jazz detected about everytime with old tactics from neutral boyancy. |

Just a little curious here :hmm:
If, in your opinion GWX and or the realism or gameplay is "crap" and "sucks"....what version of the sim do you prefer to play? |

You would expect to come across a few veteran convoy escorts by then but not US patrols The higher the crew rating the better they are obviously A competant crew arent as efficient or good as a veteran one An elite crew is better again |

You were taking to Snakeeyes about periscope depth for IXB. Did you see my question? |
7 meters depth under keel at periscope depth is called looking for real trouble...:D

HOW is this BS???? PS: You should have seen how many crew level 4 "elite" units there were on the U.S. eastern seaboard region before GW/GWX began to reduce them in efficiency level. |

I can't say if your sub cfg file is supposed to be 13.5, but that is what returns neutral buoyancy for the VIIB-VIIC & IXB I use. It is from a mod called (REL_GWX_FTT_Subs_Neutral). Btw it also has information on salvo selection that makes more sence when you have a mix of t1&t2's for example. And with that I'm out of this thread, was trying to help but it seem to be getting sour. Good luck. |

First off - Didn't mean to get defensive. Horrible long day. Didn't mean to sour. I'll sweeten now. :) I'm going to check the config file and set for 13.5 I do seem to ride high you know? Thanks for all the feedback guys! |
