I don't see why "Depth charges in the water" wasn't kept in the game sounds. After all,it was the sonar man's job to tell the skipper when the DD has dropped.
It was in SH1,SH2 (I think),SH3 and not in 4? Had to have been left out by accident. |
I'd love to see the sonarman give you a warning when one of your torpedoes is in a circular run. Part of his job was to make sure the fish were running hot, straight and normal! (just like I like my women, too... :|\\:rotfl:)

I don't miss the "We have been detected, sir" at all, but a kind of warning of the sonarman about a destroyer changing course should be there. Like the confirmation about a good launch of torpedoe.
I miss the "Depht charges on the water ". I really miss this one. I consider it crucial. But the "Ennemy is pinging us", well, i don't miss it cause when we are pinged, everybody in the sub can hear it. No need of a confirmation for this. Quote:
