How do you do it? I can't get any skins to load. I'm using Jonesoft's mod installer, but the skin does not change. When I tried to copy the files directly into the 'Texture' folder it was empty :damn:

Are you extracting the zip file into...For example C\ProgramFiles\Ubisoft\SH3\GWXv1.03\Mods.........t hen enabling it with JSGME :hmm:

Those Black Swans hang around long after the standard Destroyer has given up.

Problem solved... I was not extracting them directly, no, which was causing the problems :oops: The labelling folder had doubled-up, so JSGME couldn't read it. I removed the duplicated folder and now it works fine. Thanks for the help :up:
