Can you make keybord commands for send bearing, range, AOB, to tdc.
|
I'll see if I can. Not sure how those work...
Sorry guys, I promised an update about a week ago but I got busy and sort of digressed with my torpedo failure modding. I'll try to get back on track here! |
"Shift+G" "Max Range at current speed" seems to not works... almost for me.
can you check it please CCIP ? |
nice mod, its nice to get back commands which were in SH3.
one question ctrl+v = next visual sighting, as in sh3, your WO will give you the exact range down to the nearest foot. Is it possible to modify it so the WO still gives you the bearing but not the range? |

Open all tubes command
Anyway to just get the open all tubes command without changing everthing else???
|
Was this mod ever updated? I see on Filefront it says it was uploaded on 4/17/2007, the day this thread started.
|
does it work with 1.3?
|
No, it won't. As it changes the way torpedo tubes work and the tubes actually WORK in 1.3, this will break them again.
|
I've been using it.
My torpedo tubes open properly. There seems to be some other broken stuff, like depth beneath the keel and plot new course, but my doors are opening properly. |
THX CCIP for this mod.
IMHO I consider this and HUD mod by jimni the two best mods for user use to come out for SH4. Both made beginning game play alot easier . To both of you.   |
Thanks for this mod.
Even though it is now more than two years later than the last post, i have just started SH4 1.4 and the mod seems to work fine. I would like to use more keys from SH3. Is there anywhere a list of all available commands i use? |
WELCOME ABOARD!:sunny:
I'm glad CCIP has kept his FileFront page active, even though he doesn't post here much anymore. If you go into the Silent Hunter III main folder, you'll see a folder called Documentation. The file labelled 'SH3_QRC_PG2' has the Keyboard Layout for the stock game. I'm not sure about the keys the mod changes. |
