I never let any of my crew go. They're with me for the duration. Everybody works on my boat, even the sick and the wounded. And since I've NEVER lived past '43....well, it's a death sentence for them. In fact, my WO is so despondent about it I have to kick his lazy tail out of his bunk every time we surface!
