I don't know about you guys, but i plan on living forever...
I have no intention of docking at the big port-in-the-sky.
If you are having problems with your medals, give me a call and I'll see what i can do for you. Onkel Karl owes me a favor from that time with those two french young ladies and their "apparently" absent father...

Not only did not get in to trouble but I was awarded another knights cross... fer doing nutton. I was then able to get another mission area a bit more realistic.
Don't use SH3Cmdr to assign your own patrol grid :nope:
Keep pressing the 'Esc' button then sail down to Cadiz and wighe in all that tin...they reckon it fetches a crackin price  :arrgh!:

I don't use SH3Commander any more. The one thing I did like was being able to assign patrol areas. I find the GWX patrols to be sometimes a bit unrealistic concerning their distance.

You got the Gray Weenie. :)

ddiplock 04-04-07 12:44 PM

I guess I can only hope that as time goes on, my "green" crew become more adept at being able to hold the boat at a steady depth when they're ordered to!!!

No good ordering them to 30mtrs, and they take it to 28 or 32 metrers.....jst not good enough!!!! :yep:

ddiplock 04-04-07 01:33 PM

I'm guessing there must be loonys in charge at the BDU.

10 minutes into my 2nd patrol, not even out of harbour, my nav officer made an error and crashed into the harbour wall at 10 knots.

I dock back at Wilhemshaven straight away.....and get the Iron Cross 2nd class!!!! :o

So.....they'll give me jack all for a perfect patrol.....but they hand out medals for crashing your uboat??? BDU gone mad :rotfl: :rotfl:

I've just had the worst luck!!!!

I came off SH3 after a great 2nd patrol, sunk 22,000 tonnes, got the Iron Cross 2nd class for my troubles, and personally sunk 3 armed trawlers in a deckie dual!!

I just went to try back onto my carerr......only to get a message about some crap in SH3 commander......basically the career is screwed and corrupt.....need to start AGAIN.......!!!! :damn: :damn: :damn: :damn: :damn:

After getting my Knight's Cross with oakies, I had dinner with Doenitz at the Sardines Chateau. He told me there was too much bitching by the Kaleuns. That they don't understand the high quality of British workmanship in knocking rust and barnacles off the U-boats. So if you don't hang around for enough depth charges to get your boats clean, no flipping medals.
