As I said, I'll try to install YASU or uninstall Daemon Tools, if it will not help - the only way I see - make clear installation of windows. Too said if it is, spend 3 hours for nothing.

Solution is simple as whole in this world - uninstall Daemon Tools and reboot.

Ubi got the message about Starforce did it not? The present scheme though not perfect is a big improvement over that POS.

That said I had no clue what Daemon Tools was so I googled it. Gee - I wonder why a company wanting to protect its intellectual property would not want Daemon Tools running on a PC at the same time as its software... :hmm:
