Ducimus' "Flavored to Taste" mod has a "lighter night" in it for those who use 16k.

The files in the \data\Env folder and the \data\scene.dat are the ones you need. I'm not sure how much of the rest of the mod is compatible with 1.03 (it was written for 1.02), but those files are fine.

i just find the recognition manual and the instruments in general too bright, killing my eyes for the blackness out there.
