I suggest to
have him take over the watch at periscope depth or
make him clean the aft type of your TypeVII ... from the outside while making a trim test dive or
ask him to row over to the DD and ask if they have some Earl Gray (in case of Royal Navy) or ask for some Jack Daniels (in case of the Yankees) or
ask him to row over to the Merchant and measure out the exact position where the torpedo hit the moment it hits or
make him clean the gunbarrel of the deckgun like shown above :lol: (very nice!)
