If you change the red circle to a red triangle I might be more inspired to your cause :D

Wakarimasende****a.
While you're saving the Uber BB, you might do us a favor and track her movements over time in the game. I am getting a sneaky suspicion that aside from single ships, any convoy or task force is on a prescheduled and non-random path. I've started and restarted numerous campaigns now as I continue to tweak files and I KEEP seeing the SAME ship and fleet movements every time. I'm fine with that, and at the same time I'm not. That is to say that I fervently want all fleets and historical events to be and happen as accurately to real life as possible. But I don't want all the rest of the traffic to keep running the same exact schedule. I've bagged the same Huge Euro Transport 4 times now SE of Kobe. |

Oh my God, they Killed Kenny!:dead: Again, and again, and again. |
Ya ma to-----Yamato
Mu sa shi----Musashi IJN battle ship names are old Japanese prefecture(small countries) name. This is in Japanese kanji and hiraganai. Upper is Yamato lower is Musashi http://img147.imageshack.us/img147/5628/yamatouu2.jpg    |
doomo arigato gozaimasu. I knew the hiragana but not the Kanji. Kanji dictionaries are so frusterating. I still haven't gotten to where I can guess the pattern and stroke order naturally. :damn:
In real life there was the Yamato and the Musashi. In SHIV there are only Yamato. But I always thought Musashi was named after the swordsman? |

The Yamato was sunk in 1955? I thought she was sunk in '45. That would be 62 years ago. Sorry. Had to be a smart a**...CH

Aimbot, fantastic thread!!!
Got me interested in reading up on Yamato (on company time ;) ) and here are some links that might be of interest to Sinc members that don't know about 'em: http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/nova/supership/ Note that PBS is re-running "Sinking The Supership" April 10th (tomorrow!), I'll definitely be recording it. This is cool also: http://album.nikon-image.com/nk/NK_I...un=97313&pos=1 22 pages of pics of a 1/10th scale model of Yamato in Kure City, Japan. Be sure to click the thumnail to open the pic in a new window, then click that pic for an even larger one. There's also a slideshow of all the pics here: http://album.nikon-image.com/nk/Slid...670942&m=0&x=1 How'd you like to have THAT model in your bathtub ??!?! DH |
Hmmm, while your request is heart-felt and though out as well I sadly will decline to add to your signatures. I will, however add my reason. It can be summed up in three words....
