 what? i scaled it to the size of the helmet they wear.
probs a silly thing to do. have you an answer to my hex editing problem?? i just cant find the right number to correct for the size of the name.
sorry for being such a pain

Scale it so he can wear the helmet.
I'll go back to the hex edit 101 and post there.

ok cool thanks. i just tried it out and it worked perfectly all except that the normals were flipped. easily changed so ill try again. also he spins around a little too much

If you mean the actions in the water, this can be changed.
Hex editing or mini tweaker if there is a rule for debris.
A rule can be written for mini tweaker also.

i have had a look at the mini twaeker files for debris. there are some things that can be changed, including "life(span?)" ill play around and see what happens

I did a bit of editting on the one I sent you.
I never loose UVs when I edit that way.

thefretmaster 03-08-07 10:16 PM

ok. so if i export like that then things should be fine if i just put theminto the dat without editing?

Madox58 03-08-07 10:20 PM

here's how you flip it.

On export it may or may not import with UV's
Never worked perfect for me everytime.
That's why I edit the areas you saw.
Compare that file to a new export and you'll see the difference.
