I've managed to find a Region 2 version for sale on www.play-asia.com. I don't know where they deliver, but they give prices in $ and £. The only trouble is that this version doesn't seem to have any subtitles. I've checked a few other Japanese sites and they list it as having no subtitles.

Edit...this version appears to be NTSC, if that affects you.
