as far as I know "Ei verbibbsch" is an expresion of astonishment / surprize, like "oh". Dear Saxons, please correct me if I'm wrong ;) Cheers Mr. Fleck |

Thank a million Mr Fleck  That's at least two Subsimmers you have made eternally grateful - I remember how you helped Robbie out with his translation and German recording problems! Cheers Cheapskate |
Saxon is probably the most ugly language to have been uttered by a human tongue.
@ Reece, I've managed to get a better mic if you need any more What exactly are you doing anyway? |

And a question to you: a group that translates GWX to Polish is considering recording also the spoken reports in Polish. If we manage - do you have some tips? We've got no idea, how to do it, how many flavours there should be... Nothing. :| Would be great if anyone experienced with the issue had some good tips. |
Saxon is just the worst German dialect in the way that it sounds :D
To make the polish translation you're going to have to record dialog to replace all of the speech files. The speech files are here: C:\Ubisoft\SilentHunterIII\data\Sound\Speech_En each of the numbered folders have the same dialog, only different pitches of voice. I can play all of the ogg files with media player. Have a look... looks like a bit of work to do. |

I think alot of them are redundant. Features the devs never implemented in the release version.
