My concern are update patches - i live in Denmark (just north of Germany) but want a english copy. So where do i order from - US, UK or GE ???

And would an english copy from UK and US be identical ???

well if SH3 was any thing to go by, it was multi-lingel (english/german)

Also, you can order from , for example, Sendit.com, like I did. I live in Poland and want the Enbglish language version as well, mainly because I do not want to wait weeks/months for Polish patches to come. I'm almost 100 percent sure they send to Denmark. If they send to Poland - they send everywhere (almost).;)

You order from UK site. There is probably no difference between US and UK version except that the UK version might contain German and french language files as well (and therefore need different patches like with SH3)

You can get one of those prepaid credit cards that you can get from stores, Western Union has them along with some other stores. Also you could just use a debit card from your back if you have one.
