SH3Gen should mark their areas for you :yep:

That's true but they tend to appear in areas with minimal traffic. I'm on my way to the Carribean for some pina coladas and some juicy Tankers;) :D

hope you're not wasting your time then. for two reasons:

1. No icebergs in that area. belive me: I was there not too long ago, didn't find a single one! (not that I really searched for them down there....)

2. If it's too close the americans joining in the war, you won't find much traffic....I didn't.......:shifty:

Jimbuna 02-06-07 02:36 PM

Reinhard Hardegen 02-06-07 03:19 PM

Nice screenshots Tuddley.

But as BDU would say, "You're not out there to find and sink icebergs. You are there to sink der enemy's shipping!! Then you can play with der ice." Ya? :yep:

I had an iceberg at BC6X in September on my last patrol. Deck gun crew couldnt sink her, go figure. I can drop a 2,500,000 quid, 30000t BB, but a chunk of ice defies me.

EDIT: This is in GWX

Sailor Steve 02-06-07 05:32 PM

That iceberg is a lot more than thirty thousand tons. Probably a lot more than thirty million.

WOW, those were some awesome pics!

Could be possible change the ugly brown colour texture of the Ice cap to another in white like icebergs ??? :hmm:

Hmm... Icebergs are like holograms. :D Every little piece of an iceberg is a little iceberg on itself. And none of them is sinkable, as ice is lighter than water and always floats. Oh yes, they are all floating. ;) The only way to sink'em all is to melt'em all. Take some nuclear torpedoes with you and maybe after like tousandth trip you'll sink the bastard and a few of his brothers. Good luck!

When you go for the ice, you take some beers with you and load your tubes with vodka and caviar. Let the icebergs sink ships. If they can sink the Titanic, they can do a job on a Nelson. Cheers! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
