Here in the states it costs the taxpayer an average of 12 grand a year (that's $12,000 U.S.) PER inmate.

A manufactured cartridge costs 13 cents.

The math gets real simple from thereon.

If prisons are full, release some not-that-worse criminals like car thiefs and make place for the real bad guys, like murders and stuff.

Problem, themporarly, solved.

Another thing: Stop spending so much money on cameras and build more prisons.

They are soft on criminals like murderers and pedoes but as soon as it came to my dad's case they said they wouldnt allow any of my evedence into court and that he could only plead guilty or face 6 years.
