Done with what should be known as a beta - I did a real quick test and nothing seemed to crash anyway.
Some icons don't give feedback(text of what it does) but they will change to what is intended. Will be up on my filefront space as soon as its up again - seems filefront is down at the moment. Edited - File is now up on http://hosted.filefront.com/Mav87th/ |
Thanks, will try that out right now.

I loaded this beta and it worked well for me. One thing I will do for personal pref is to make the lower center bar (clock, text, time compression) stay up. This is a fantastic addition to GWX! Thank you for your effort.

Instalation: Use the Jone Soft Generic Mod Enabler. By default the officers icons and textfield slideout function is deactivated, also clock bar slideout is turned off. To activate them You must edit the menu_1024_768.cfg file. To turn on officers icons and textfield slideout function find the block: [G3F I33] Name=Slideout Konsole; FLB Sale`s 6 Anzeigen Type=1026;Menu group ItemID=0x3F0C0000 ParentID=0x3F000000 Pos=0,141,670,140 Color=0xFFFFFFFF ;VertSlide=-130 and remove a semicolon before the ;VertSlide=-130 line. So it looks so: VertSlide=-130 To turn on clock bar slideout function find the block: [G3F I375] Name=Group feedback; FLB Sale`s 6 Anzeigen, Konsole & Uhrfeld Type=1026;Menu group ItemID=0x3F010000 ParentID=0x3F000000 Pos=0,145,733,145 Color=0xFFFFFFFF ;VertSlide=-144 and remove a semicolon before the ;VertSlide=-144 line. So it looks so: VertSlide=-144 ..... so for G3F I375 you need to add a semicolon berfore the Vertslide=-144 line. BTW .... Merry Christmas all :) |
this is not correct .... the change is but the location in the menu is diffrent. Looking now ....
[G3F I355] Name=Group feedback; FLB Sale`s 6 Anzeigen, Konsole & Uhrfeld Type=1026;Menu group ItemID=0x3F010000 ParentID=0x3F000000 Pos=0,145,733,145 Color=0xFFFFFFFF ;VertSlide=-144 is for the clock bar but the text still slides up and down ... think it may be this line for text ... [G3F I33] Name=Slideout Konsole; FLB Sale`s 6 Anzeigen Type=1026;Menu group ItemID=0x3F0C0000 ParentID=0x3F000000 Pos=0,141,670,140 Color=0xFFFFFFFF ;VertSlide=-130 |
Hi this Mod didn't work for me even after deleting stated files .. still kept getting CTD's; in the end, I resorted to system restore and everything now is back to normal.
Basically, I would like the bottom interface to behave like the sidebar in my GWX version, when you point the mouse at the bottom, it brings up the bottom interface and when I withdraw the mouse, it scrolls out of sight so I have a full screen. A Mod that I can install via JSGME and is compatible with GWX ?! |
Damn - im really sorry to hear that Monsun. Thats was exactly what this mod did as well. Seems every one els has solved their problems, so you might want to go over the procedure one more time...
This is what i have installed via JSGME and in what order as well. GWX-16km Atmosphere GWX-Main movie - Das Boot GWX-No Medals on Crew Mav's GWX-addon Mod+update FullVolnMod Mav's GWX - Integrated Orders that is ontop a clean 1.4b GWX install. I'm using the resolution fix as well, but deleting those mentioned files in my mod folder would leave that out of the modding and that should then not crash it. My suspicion without knowing - leans towords the 16km atmosphere mod. my mod is based on that mod being installed, so that might have influence...?? |
