I"ve always played Dead is Dead but recently I've gotten very immersed in Wolves at War where it really means something to get killed. Now I'm playing much more cautiously than ever before. WaW definately has given this game a whole new life for me at least.

I'm a dead is dead except in TC so is that DIDEITC?

I draw a line between getting rammed and DCed and dieing due to TC\crashes\general crew stupidity\etc.

Have any links to WaW that would bring me up to speed. I have no idea what it is but it sounds like something I should investigate.

I use SHIII Commander just for the great benefits it offers. So I do DiD but when the Commander says my career is over with only four patrols, I kind of revive my career and play some more.

I also micromange my crew with Commander as far as medals, promotions, and such are concerned.

I just wished that there was a better 'death scene' than the black screen. Maybe a little movie of the sub going down would be nice.

I bought a metal trash can that I actually plan on drowning my self in in my cousins pool if I die.
