Well, in the beginning it did seem Trump wanted to establish better relations with Russia. But that lead to blue-anon Manchurian candidate, Steele dossier conspiracy theories. However it looks like Biden wants to start a war with Russia instead, so Democrats do have something to be proud of and call their own.

Biden may not be the first to pull the trigger, but he and NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg's keep poking the Bear by dictating to Russia what they can and cannot do. In fact Stoltenberg even went so far as to say “…Russia has no right to establish a sphere of influence to try to control their neighbors,". Even as we expand our own sphere and prepare(*) to relocate nuclear weapons closer to Russia.
