I just saw it as well. It's too bad we don't have a "Meh" button.

Ever wondered how the Millenium Falcon can be a freighter with about 3 fruit crates worth of cargo space ???

It's not a freighter, it's a barge tug boat :o

What I am wondering the most is, how come these guys who build star ships capable of doing the Kessel run in less than 12 parsec, have not yet invented the wheel? Imperial walkers? Despair not. Trip them.

STEED 05-20-16 01:44 PM

No no no..The Millenium Falcon is a tuning fork and when they the rebels find that secret out in the final episode they will use it against the super duper big whammy all powerful total death star.

Yea so what I gave away the plot who cares. :O:

EPII made up for it with any scenes that involved the clones and EPIII made it up for with every scene that involved clones

Von Due 05-20-16 03:37 PM

Me coming from the hobby of RC flying, a clone is something that instills the deepest fear and mistrust known to humanity :haha: HobbyKing, I'm looking at you.

If I was talking to Betonov, which I am not, I would say that YT-1300 has always been a 'light freighter', as such this theory of it being a tugboat is rather flimsy.

Betonov 05-22-16 04:42 AM

I say

Not Kanon but I love it because it explains why the cargo:rest-of-ship ratio is not of an economically feasable light freighter but that of my car. And you don't call a Clio a van without raising eyebrows.

The main reason for the reshoots is said to Disney disagreeing with Gareth Edwards’ vision, which is supposedly “dark” and it seems like he has made a “war movie.” In a previous interview he had said that “Rogue One: A Star Wars Story” would have characters with “grey” morality, as opposed to the traditional characters in the franchise who are either pure good or pure bad.

The main plot of the movie revolves around a group of Rebels attempting to steal the plans for the Death Star. The director teased that the Rebels will have to pay a “heavy price” for their actions, suggesting that not many would survive by the end of the film.

It is being speculated that Disney is not happy with this bleak ending of the movie.

I don't like the sound of this after all what's wrong with a darkish ending. After all we know there sacrifice stealing the Death Star's plans resulted the destruction of the Death Star was not in vain.
