According to a major newspaper, the North Koreans have 'advised' Germany, UK and other countries to close their embassy because their security could no longer be guaranteed after April, 10th

Meanwhile, the defense ministry has dispatched a team of inspectors to the front-line island of Yeonpyeong to look into the border crossing by a North Korean defector across the tensely guarded western sea border.

The 28-year-old defector, who was living in the South, slipped through radar monitoring on Wednesday night to sail across the maritime border in the Yellow Sea, sparking security concerns at a time of military tensions with the North.

We have been discussing their possibility and their chances

We have laughed at them in their effort to try getting our leader being afraid of them(Northkorea)

I would be lying if I wrote that I'm not concerned or worried and in some cases a Little afraid.

I truly hope it going to be solved by peacefully means

I can't imagine the outcome if Northkorea should attack South and/or USA

Is it going to be a local war(North against south) or is there a possibility that it would go regional and maybe develop further.

I'm not worried. If NK decided to pull the trigger, anything they put up in the sky would be put down in a manner of minutes. the US, Japan and South Korea possess very technologically advanced militaries with good missile shield technology.

And if NK decided to pull the trigger, I doubt it would be a major, prolonged war, mainly due to the fact that it would be the kind of war that the U.S. military was built for. A war with actual soldiers in uniform with military targets to be neutralized. I can't see it becoming an Iraq or Afghanistan with religious zealots and suicide bombers and whatnot. I would bet things would be mopped up fairly quickly. I'm not concerned with China and their defense treaty with NK. China is not going to destroy their economy by going to war with one of their largest export markets in defense of a tinpot dictator in a podunk backwater that started everything by lobbing missiles at the US.

But then again, I could be wrong. Who knows.
