yes theres a b 29, but its FlightModel is horrable.

Sadly most of the planes made "flyable" by AAA all have horrible flight modeling. Whats really stupid is their policy that makes it so no one can correct it:nope:, the only way for a plane made by AAA is if its a "new slot plane". They make good mods but their policys are crap!! What are they trying to hide:hmmm::shifty:?

Nothing. It is very easy to cheat in IL2 and AAA doesnt want to have 10 different flightmodels for an existing plane because they can all be used to cheat. See, you can use a modified flightmodel on any server, even if you are the only one that has it. Hell, just play around with the default skin or the damage files and you can make you're plane invisible to everyone. :O:

I don't have a problem with keeping the servers clean and I don't think they have anything to hide.

What does annoy me though is that FM editing, any editing of IL-2 to mod it is very hard to do. You need to know what you are doing to even remotely effective.

So taking that into account I can't see why THEY make a decision that any non-playable plane that they make playable, they also alter the FM to as real feeling as is possible with reference to available sources. They want to update IL-2 to something more than it was. Therefore they need to go back and redo FMs of existing aircraft. Then incorporate that into the next AAA universal installer....

They could make themselves the definitive mod to use. Servers get setup to use their mod and noone elses. That is what sucks.

THEY make the decision on what's released on their site. Others may release and have released anything they want on other sites.

I know that. But they seem more organised than other groups, I think they were one of the first.

I don't see why it is a policy of the mod group not to make new FMs for existing models that they are releasing in the unified installer.

I know that they weren't trying hide anything I was just joking. As for flight modeling I was talking about just makeing it closer to the real thing, and not having some odd flight model that isn't right for that type of plane.
