Just for thinking about it a second time.

[Achse des Guten] Nothing groundbreaking is to be expected from the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution's report on the AfD. It has been largely refuted by public sources, and it is predominantly an interpretation of quotes. Achgut.com described this method two years ago.

Interior Minister Alexander Dobrindt is considering publishing the still-sealable report classifying the AfD as "certainly right-wing extremist" after it has been reviewed, reports welt.de. The document was largely compiled from publicly accessible sources for which there is no reason to keep it confidential. Part of it was compiled using intelligence resources and is likely to remain classified. However, the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution has suspended the classification of the AfD as "certainly right-wing extremist" for the time being. The courts must now decide on the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution's report on the AfD, and the AfD had filed a lawsuit against the classification and demanded its retraction (Achgut had reported on this).

Media reports (such as bild.de) cite the extensive report of over 1,100 pages, which was compiled over three years. Statements by AfD politicians are cited to support the classification. The accusation against the AfD is essentially that, with derogatory statements against people who are not of German origin, it promotes an ethnically defined concept of the people and thus threatens the free and democratic basic order. According to the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution, the AfD makes clear distinctions between "Germans" and "passport Germans" (this does not refer to the party platform, which makes no such distinction, but rather to statements by AfD politicians), and people from the Islamic cultural circles are particularly insulted with derogatory and racist expressions and phrases.

This refers particularly to the connection between origin and criminality. Although the prevalence of individuals from Islamic countries in police crime statistics is undeniable, officials argue that origin plays no role, but rather the fact that these individuals are young, male, live in problem areas, poor, and traumatized by war and violence, and therefore more frequently come into conflict with the law.

The argument heard in AfD circles that Islam, with its view of humanity, and a backward culture play a significant role in the criminal propensity of such perpetrators is dismissed as racist and stereotypical. The AfD is also accused of antisemitism. Since the AfD is very pro-Israeli and has several Jews in its ranks (as well as many people with foreign roots), antisemitism is linked to a rejection of globalism and people like George Soros (a Hungarian Jew). However, the Left also uses the terms globalism and globalization in a negative sense and is critical of "capitalists," including those of Jewish faith.

Furthermore, there are alleged structural connections between the AfD and right-wing extremist groups. Björn Höcke and his wing are repeatedly the star witnesses, as is the Young Alternative (JA). The fact that Höcke has no position in the federal AfD (his Thuringian state association has been classified as firmly right-wing extremist for some time now), and that the wing and the JA have long since dissolved, is dismissed as a kind of deception.

Even if only parts of the report on the AfD are known, the suspicion is growing that it is a kind of inductive reasoning: a stacking of quotes intended only to confirm an already agreed-upon hypothesis, with no counter-thesis or contrary evidence accepted. Even with the state reports of the Office for the Protection of the Constitution on the AfD in Saxony, Thuringia, and Saxony-Anhalt, it is reasonable to assume that as many relevant quotes and half-sentences as possible were simply "motley googled."

Long live freedom of speech and the poet's creative imagination. The Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution thrives on both—and would like to ban them for everyone else.

Example of those populist parties that is my present could be your future

Marjolein Faber, who has been appointed Minister of Immigrant Hatred by Geert Wilders leader Party for Freedom (PVV), is furious that ordinary Dutch people want to give asylum children an outing as yet. Children who are forced to stay in the asylum seekers' centre in Sint Annaparochie in Friesland were supposed to go on a day trip to De Efteling (Fairytale amusement park). When Faber heard about this, she banned the outing. Geert Wilders even declared, around the commemoration of Nazi occupation, that the only outing these children would be allowed from him was a forced deportation. The minister now wants all outings for asylum seekers to be banned. Faber, who himself has a second home in Florida, also does not want refugee children to have the chance to relax. The Central Agency for the Reception of Asylum Seekers (COA) does often organise outings for asylum children, as it is required by law.

Thousands of Dutch people pulled out their wallets after its first ban. Through crowdfunding, more than 160,000 euros were raised in a short time to still give the children the outing. Now, Faber also wants to ban this private initiative. She too, like her boss, wants to deport the minors. Last year, some youths from the asylum centre were involved in a brawl between groups just outside the grounds of Stannemet, an annual village festival with a fair. Knives were used and three were injured. This had a big impact, both in the village and at the azc, as nothing like this had ever happened before. Three residents of the asylum seekers' centre (azc), two minors and a 27-year-old, were detained and forced to move to avoid further unrest, regardless of whether they were actually guilty. In January this year, there was again aggression between groups of youths, this time on public transport (ov). Therefore, COA thought to hold the outing during Stannemet.

Faber and the rest of the xenophobes use the incident to incite the population against asylum seekers by pretending that they alone are responsible for the quarrels. Violence at fairs is of all times and takes place across the country, but in recent years there has been an increase as groups no longer clash spontaneously, but that too is organised through social media. This can get tough. The Fairground Unions have called on the government to take measures to prevent such confrontations. The COA in St Annaparochie has complied, but is now thus opposed by the PVV. Mayor André van de Nadort of the municipality of Waadhoeke, which includes Sint Annaparochie, finds it ‘scandalous’ that minister Faber interfered with the outing. "A minister undermining her own policy. It is simply policy that she is responsible for, which is simply in the law: that in addition to reception, there is also room for relaxation of the young asylum seekers." According to Van de Nadort, the minister is making work very difficult for COA employees. "If she throws her own employees in front of the bus via X, who are simply implementing her policy, that is outrageous. The money is not a problem. It's the minister cycling right through it."

Faber, as usual, does not tolerate criticism and attacks the mayor. The latter is said to be ‘distant from his citizens’.

Now, who is being childish here? Faber minister who constantly says this is policy peddling she hasn't handed a line policy to parliament after a year or ever implemented it bunch of losers they are with their ‘this is the policy’ and just raking in money and when they resign they will get a longer waiting allowance than I will ever be able to ask for in my life from the government no we can shyte off they don't care as long as they can peddle ‘this is policy’.

When it comes to Germany and rearmament and all that military stuff, you better think in terms of homeopathic dosages.

Example II of those populist parties that is my present could be your future:

Minister Fleur Agema (Care) wants to solve staff shortages in healthcare with the help of migrant workers. ‘I need everyone, including migrant workers,’ she told Goedemorgen Nederland on Monday. Have you also discussed this with Geert Wilders, the interviewer asked Agema. ‘Why would that be a problem for Geert Wilders,’ Agema wanted to know. Well, for instance because the PVV promised in its last election manifesto to reduce immigration substantially. And most immigrants in the Netherlands are labour migrants. ‘The influx of both labour and student migrants’ was therefore to be ‘sharply reduced’ according to the party's 2023 manifesto. ‘It is badly needed to get a grip on labour migration,’ the four coalition parties wrote down in the outline agreement in 2024.

This promise was not very harsh, by the way, as the VVD (People's Party for Freedom and Democracy (Volkspartij voor Vrijheid en Democratie)) and BBB (Farmer–Citizen Movement (BoerBurgerBeweging)), partly because of their constituencies, are the biggest political supporters of labour migration. Thus, the VVD coffers are being lined by entrepreneurs lining their pockets on the backs of labour migrants. And the agricultural sector and slaughterhouses also make full use of poorly paid workers who come from outside the Netherlands. So if it is up to the PVV, additional migrant workers will be added to that in the care sector. :D

The once secret "report" - if you dare tio call it that way - has been publsiuhed by Tichys Einblick. I dont know how they got it, but that it is accessible is what counts.

Link to the original document: https://www.tichyseinblick.de/wp-con...n_BfV_AfD4.pdf

[Tichys Einblick] The Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution (BfV) prepared a secret report on right-wing extremism in the AfD – but it remained secret for less than two weeks. Now Tichy's Insight has obtained it. It turns out to be a mere collection of quotations.

With a secret report, the BfV wanted to classify the AfD as "certainly right-wing extremist" at the federal level as well. Previously, this had only been the case in some federal states. However, the report was not made publicly available. Tichy's Insight responded to a press inquiry by stating that it was a "classified official document" and asked for understanding that it should not be published. A subsequent telephone conversation with the press office explained this classification, partly on the grounds of data protection. But now the document has been made public.

What is striking is that internal or confidential sources from the AfD play no role in this "secret document." It consists of a collection of statements, social media postings, or party conference resolutions, all of which are publicly accessible. Does the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution have no sources from within the party that can prove right-wing extremism?

The assessment is ultimately based on the frequently discussed "ethnic-descendant concept of the people," which has "consolidated itself into a certainty, so that a correspondingly extremist character of the entire party must be established." It is based on Angela Merkel's concept of the people as "all who are here."

The fact that citizenship, and historically even "ethnic affiliation" in the Basic Law, was named and privileged – that must no longer be the case.

This is the crucial point: Is a party allowed to focus on "Germans," or must it declare from the outset that a fictitious equality of "all who are here" must be established?

The AfD allegedly wants to exclude "certain population groups" from social participation and subject them to unconstitutional unequal treatment. This is derived from a wild collection of statements, most of which are taken out of context or, worse still, rely on empirical observations.

"Such statements are intended to stoke fears of falling into minority status as an ethnic German and serve as a threat communication geared toward this."

In the future, the media will also no longer be allowed to report on schools in which children who do not speak German have long been the majority – because this could spread fear. The intelligence agency is thus crossing an important line: facts may not be reported and addressed if they do not fit into the generally prescribed sense of well-being but could disrupt the desired harmony. Demands for increased and improved integration, language skills, and adaptation to local living conditions are also considered "unconstitutional." According to this interpretation, police crime statistics, which identify specific population groups in criminal cases, are also "threat communication" that stokes fears. Terms like "knife migration" are the cudgels that, like "references to a backward image of women" or sexually motivated crimes, may no longer be used – naming undisputed facts is unconstitutional.

Many constitutional lawyers have long since deemed this point irrelevant. Reality may continue to be described, even if it deviates from the Federal Government's guiding principles.

The principle of democracy, and this is what the actual assessment is about, i.e., efforts to abolish the free democratic basic order, have not been "quantitatively and qualitatively confirmed to such an extent that they could be classified as defining for the entire party." In other words: the AfD stands for democracy and the rule of law. But only those who violate these can seriously be described as enemies of democracy.

Elsewhere, the "analysis" states: "In contrast, efforts against the free democratic basic order would justify a suspected case of extremism and would practically legally enforce observation of the party as a "confirmed right-wing extremist effort."

How does that fit together? The answer is nothing short of fantastic.

This also requires "prognostic" assessments to determine whether these agencies will be pushed back—the constitutional protection agencies as prophets of democratic viability.

And, of course, the spread of the notorious "wing" is noted; even the car expert and former Bundestag member Dirk Spaniel is mentioned by name. The fact that he has since left the party and has become involved in the issue of the combustion engine ban, making a name for himself in the process, is all unconstitutional.

The Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution is honest in its own twisted way. It points out that "ethnopluralism" has recently been recognized as the norm and that remarks by AfD officials using terms like "ethnic migration" are unconstitutional.

The party's understanding of democracy has also come under criticism. The Federal Republic of Germany and the Nazi regime, the GDR, or "dictatorships" are repeatedly equated, political opponents are defamed as "system parties" or "cartel parties," and the Federal Republic is described as an "unjust state." According to the report, the goal is a systematic erosion of trust in the democratic system of government.

Although the "Wing" was formally dissolved in 2020, the BfV sees this merely as a tactical measure. The ideology of the Wing – represented, among others, by Björn Höcke – remains dominant in parts of the party. These individuals have remained in key positions, and their positions are still openly represented. The term "Volkstod," for example, used by representatives of the wing, indicates a proximity to National Socialist terminology.

The report also classifies internal party distancing as inadequate. Disciplinary proceedings against radical spokesmen were only initiated after public pressure or court proceedings. The court sees this practice primarily as motivated by procedural tactics – not a substantive reorientation. Lip service is not enough. According to the court, a credible renunciation of anti-constitutional ideology requires an admission of past misconduct – which has not yet occurred.

The report concludes with the assessment that the actual evidence of anti-constitutional activities within the AfD has become "certain" – both within the Young Alternative and through the wing's continued influence at the federal and state levels. The party as a whole lacks unconditional loyalty to the liberal-democratic basic order.

Now, it's difficult to criticize a collection of quotations. But why it should be "unconstitutional" to want to limit immigration is never argued. It will be interesting to see whether the emerging migrant parties will also be subjected to this dictum – after all, they are by definition aligned with the ethnic concept of the people. But these groups are removed from the discourse. Anyone who makes statements critical of Muslims is guilty of hostility towards minorities and foreigners in general. Therefore, it is important to protect Islam in all its forms and to prohibit debate about its cultural consequences and peculiarities.

The report is characterized by hostility to debate: Public trust is shaken by critical remarks. The question is no longer whether criticism of government actions is justified – but only "whether trust in the functioning of democratic processes is shaken." Conclusion: Please, no more criticism; it could alienate citizens if people talk about corruption, grievances, abuses, and illegality. Criticism of pandemic policy is explicitly mentioned. This must be accepted.

The Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution paints a grim picture. The goal is to create a kind of muzzled society that no longer addresses actual or perceived grievances.

Maybe it has to do with the fact it's happening on daily basis now-It was breaking news when it was something new.

The only thing that surprised me this time, the perpetrator was a woman. Usually it is mostly young men who do this and most of them are suffering from psychological issues.

It doesn't happen on a daily basis. Don't believe the right-wing BS.

On that day we had a knife attack with 16 or 18 wounded in Hamburg (the women was known to the police) , and another one in Bielefeld with 5 or 6 wounded. Some victims fight for their lives.

We had too many knife crime incidents in recent days, sometimes several being reported in one day.

Police statistics for 2024 show that there are on average 80 knife violence incidents per day filed at the police across Germany. The dark number - knive-involving violence not noticed by the police - is unknown. Attackers without German passport are massively overrepresented, and this does not even count those who got a German passport or permit of residence in recent years, but who in principle nevertheless are ethnic/cultural foreigners with a bureaucratic title. Not rarely they stayed in Germany since years and still do not speak a single word of German.

In the past ten days or so we had a spike in media-reported such crime. Its the new normal over here. Since longer time. Since years. It started in the wake of Merkel's attack on Europe in 2015.

The elementary school in Berlin (Grundschule am Weinmeisterhorn, Berlin Spandau) which I attended for 2 or 3 months back then in the late 70s, also has had a knife incident between two young boys just days ago.

We had two knife violence incidents at your central station here in Münster this year. National media do not report local news anymore on this, just the real big, troubling ones, it seems.

The trending curves point steeply upwards.

German politicians try to fight the knives, not the young (often foreign) men using them. Again, younf ethnically/culturally, foreogn males are massively overrerpresneted i the cirme stistics, though it pulls native Germans' crime rates upwards in a reaction, too. Under circumstances you can be legally pursued if you have a tool knife with you while fishing or camping. In christmas season, on Christmas markets they controlled old people for pocket knives and small knives on their key rings. In parts of the central town and public transportation centres and the train main station, having a Swiss pocket knife with you is completely banned and could get you into serious legal trouble. The politcal left wants non-.cause-based checks and random controls of everbyody. They do not want focussed controls of the known risk groups - because these are migrants and controlling migrants is "racist". Germany is a nut-house.

We had a stabbing yesterday, mostly we bomb each other for the smallest reason, it's normal in the Netherlands a few cobras at your front door and kaboom your argument is resolved. At first, it was mostly quarrels between criminals, but now it is the normal of every feud.
Quote:

‘Who the frell does this! I have never harmed anyone. Never done anything in drugs or crime. And yet this bomb is at my door... And not 1, not 2 but even fourth time now!?’ Simone is devastated with misery. Once again, her family faced an explosion at her front door last night. The fourth in over six months. Just before they are due to move out.
The number of incidents involving explosives is increasing rapidly in the Netherlands, with police expecting more than a thousand attacks this year. In only one in five explosions is there a clear criminal link, such as a conflict in the drug environment. Initially, the police thought that most explosions were related to conflicts in the criminal milieu, but after an extensive analysis of incidents from 2023, that picture has been revised. In the new study, the police estimate that at least half of the incidents are related to ‘domestic conflicts’. Police also mentioned an altercation between a passer-by and person on a balcony during a house party. The passer-by did not take it and threw heavy fireworks on the balcony a short while later, resulting in flying glass and a life-threatening situation. Just last Tuesday, the player bus of a Feyenoord youth team was the target of an attack with an explosive device. This year, the number of explosions is expected to be even higher; the counter already stands at 923. The perpetrators, mostly young people, are often recruited via social media like Telegram or Snapchat for sums ranging from EUR 150 to EUR 2,000.

Police speak of a ‘miracle’ that there have still been no deaths among the targets. This is mainly because six out of 10 attacks take place at night, when residents are asleep. It is estimated that around 60 people were injured though; they suffered mainly hearing damage or were hit by flying shrapnel and debris. January did see the first fatality among the perpetrators: a 23-year-old Amsterdam man lost a hand while setting off a petrol cobra and eventually died of his injuries. He had planned to intimidate his new girlfriend's ex.
