It didn't get quite as nippy as was forecast last night. -26F or -36C but there is a wind chill factor, I'm not going outside to check that out.

Reservoirs are full in Napa officially so the summer drought is alleviated after three days and 6 inches of rain. Sunny in the high 60's today so off to sail on the bay with brand new Dacron sails and a new auto-furler 150% sized jib. so my job just got easy. Winds are a tepid 5 knots though so we'll probably just be motoring against a wicked outtide in the Carquinez Strait. Lunch is on the captain today!:arrgh!:

That is a little frosty for P.A.

I'm not going anywhere today. No snow to blow until maybe tomorrow and the grub was bought yesterday. I just looked at our temp. -20F a good excuse to stay in.

Doesn't stop does it. Bought a snowblower though, finally broke down and did it....

Red hot Indian Summer over here...Mostly cloudy and dry, with a few mist patches in places and hill fog in the west. A few brief breaks in the cloud may develop at times. Southeasterly winds will be mainly light, but breezier along the coast. Maximum Temperature 8C. :sunny:
