Agreed. I actually like Button of all the top drivers, but of the big 5 in the running, only 2 have not won it. Webber has put in the years and Vettel has looked a bit too much like a spoiled baby in the past. He has many years left to earn his the way MW has.

Just my opinion.

Side note since anyone in this thread is a racing fan... anyone watch Bathurst yesterday? Man, Coulthard's crash was nasty!

 Sorry I missed it lol. That was a hell of a crash.

I thought it was great to see Lowndes on top again... oh yeah, and Skaife too... I guess he drove a little :har:

Webber made a meal of this one. Just glad finger boy blew his engine before the end.

God damn it, just let it be anyone other than eyebrow man.

Flaxpants 10-27-10 03:28 AM

I think the title of Eyebrow man really has to go to Karun Chandhok who has the most impressive eyebrow I've ever seen. Saw him in an interview last week and he's now shaved a noticeable gap in the middle of it, which is a shame really...

So come on then y'all, all this talk and only a couple races to go. Let's have your top 3 prediction for this year. A crate of Fine Ale for the winner.
Here's mine:

1. Alonso
2. Webber
3. Hamilton

antikristuseke 10-27-10 06:04 AM

I wont bet on any races I dont see and am working 24 hour shifts on both races remaining:damn:

TarJak 10-27-10 06:38 AM

My head says you are right but my heart wants the order reversed for Alonso and Webber.

STEED 10-27-10 02:47 PM

Not Alonso again! :damn:

Interesting race, please anyone but Alonso for the championship, yes I am bias. :03:

Being a Brit I'd like to see Hamilton win it....a tall order now though.

Flaxpants 10-31-10 10:17 PM

I'm orignally from the UK as well, so I'm rooting for Hamilton like you Jim, but as you say, maybe a tall order.
We'll soon find out!

Aye, rgr that.

So Braxil this weekend. Webber still unhappy with things at RB: http://www.smh.com.au/sport/motorspo...105-17hgd.html, Alonso in the lead just and 5 drivers in the hunt mathematically. I think this could be one of the closest finishes to an F1 season in some time.

I reckon the Brazil result has the potential to do just that...create one of the closest/tightest finishes ever.

Sounds like JB is lucky to have made it to the track at all!
