Lewis a little over-exuberant again....Solid drive from Alonso. The championship is still wide open.
I agree with TarJak about the lack of atmosphere, I haven't been to the race but I imagine it's not the same if you're there, it just doesn't come across on the TV. I would say that Singapore has yet to give us a great race, last night was ok but a bit processional like the previous two years. Still not as bad as Valencia, which should be scrapped... |

It might lack atmosphere but there's at least a race going on. HunterICX |

Well, Hamiltons chance of a third title has gone this year with another stupid error. Solid drive from Alonso, going to be a close finish.

You should see the Hamilton fans on the autosport forum. They are calling for Webber's head.
Lewis didn't leave enough room and Webber was very lucky, apparently 5mm from having is tire come off the rim. I'm still rooting for Button but I think the championship will be between Alonso and Webber. Alonso is storming along now though...not too keen on the guy but his talent is amazing, and to be honest he seems to have become a lot less arrogant this year, more calm. |

I suspect you may be right about Alonso, but I think Webber has his eye on the prize now and this race showed he can charge from back in the field to pick up a podium spot. It will definately be an interesting few weeks. |

Well I think you've just put yourself out of contention for the managers job should it become available in the future :DL |

What an awesome motor racing day! Bathurst 1000 just coming to a close and Suzuka just starting up! Webber 2nd on the grid and the RB cars looking much quicker than everyone else around Suzuka.
Check out this 1st lap prang from Bathurst this morning! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eCXZVuiEtdE Fabian Coulthard walks away after rolling 6 times.:o Oh and I'm now on my 6th beer so posting from now on will be fairly dangerous.:D EDIT: Fingerboy gets a deserved win and Webber in 2nd keeps his lead of the championship. The RB's looked very dominant. Hamilton was unlucky with his gearbox losing 3rd gear about 3/4 of the way through. |
Hamilton and Button have only an outsiders chance at best of becoming champion now.
