Well I don't think that it does much though. The qualifications for the sailors are just cosmetic I think. With petty officers only the first one added works. And with Officers its the firs 3 I think.

unless you have the mod installer you will need to re-instal SH3 to undo the mods

but if you have made a backup you just copy the data folder back into the (for an example) GWX folder and override the data file
