LiVARpool forever the victims in football.

Didn't hear them whining the four or five times they have bee on the right side of wrong decisions against the TOON.

No sympathy whatsoever.

The Statistic for this evenings CL match between New and PSG
said that PSG had the ball 65-70 % of the times and guess what TOON who only had the ball rest of the time won the match with 4-1.

Manchester United defender Harry Maguire has now spoke out about his future at Old Trafford just months after being linked with a move to Newcastle United.

The 30-year-old looked almost certain to leave Man United during the summer transfer window, having been stripped of the captaincy by Erik ten Hag. He came close to a move to West Ham, only for that deal to collapse.

There was also a lot of noise about interest from Newcastle. It was reported late in the window that the Magpies could make a move for Maguire, after Sven Botman had suffered an injury during the defeat to Liverpool.

There was never anything concrete, but the names ‘Maguire‘ and ‘Newcastle United‘ did continuously find themselves next to each other in the gossip columns. We even saw pundits suggesting that the pair would be a good fit, with Shay Given hinting that Eddie Howe had made a mistake not making a move.

Since the transfer window has closed, Maguire has barely featured for Man United. He has started just one Premier League game, and it sounds like he will not put up with his lack of minutes for much longer.

Will he be a huge benefit for the TOON's defence ?

Sir Bobby Charlton, England World Cup winner and Man Utd legend, dies aged 86
Charlton won 106 caps for England and scored 49 international goals - records for his country at the time.
He was diagnosed with dementia in November 2020
"Sir Bobby passed peacefully in the early hours of Saturday morning" - Charlton family.

Quote:

If you hadn't watched a game of football and didn't see him play, you would just see him as this normal guy. He was so humble about everything he had won.

When you read out everything he has done in the game, how many trophies he has won, appearances he has made and goals he has scored, he could have been excused for having a little bit of arrogance about him. But there was absolutely none of that at all.

I don't think you will ever hear anyone say a bad word against him.

Everton have received an immediate 10-point deduction after being found to have breached the Premier League's profit and sustainability rules.

The punishment is the biggest sporting sanction in the competition's history and leaves Everton 19th in the table on a new total of four points.

The club said it was "both shocked and disappointed" by the "wholly disproportionate and unjust" ruling.

Everton have said they intend to appeal against the decision.

Next up, Chelsea and Man City for the chopping block, unlike Everton, I suspect that they'll have some top notch lawyers arguing their case for them. Do you thiink that the oil barons would throw some money at the problem?.
What!, you mean a bribe?, No, No, No, just an incentive to come to the correct decision, that is all. :har:

Start checking their bank accounts. :O:

Jimbuna 11-18-23 05:55 AM

I've read from a couple of sources that on appeal the points deduction will come down to between 3 and 6.
