What does any of this have to do with the price of emu eggs in Oodnadatta?

-4C at the moment, and light snow. Forecast says colder temperatures in the coming days.

Red hot in my stomach soon...beef vindaloo incoming :smug:

swamprat69er 01-09-14 11:04 PM

What is beef vindaloo?

TarJak 01-10-14 12:10 AM

A diabolical mix of spices and meat that if properly prepared can blow the backside out of even the most anally retentive being.

Here comes the heat! http://www.abc.net.au/news/2014-01-1...states/5194888 :sunny:

Can you send some of your winter chill our way please?

Lionclaw 01-10-14 06:16 AM

40C temperatures?! :dead::-?

I'd rather be in a 70C sauna for a while than in 40C heat. :O:

If you've never tried curry before I'd suggest you buy a tin of say, beef or chicken madras to see if it is to your liking. Served on a bed of long grain rice and a side dish of chips....very nice indeed.

We do curry here. The D-I-L is from Yorkshire and brought over some interesting dishes. I especially like mushy peas
