What I find most telling is the fact they all have a minus rating.

Facebook has apologised for the 20 minutes it was down earlier today.
They have asked Eric Pickles to inform them beforehand next time he plans to change his profile picture.

IDS saving money again?
Or just a useless deluded idiot?
In todays figures ATOS have only done 16% of the work on disabled benefits they were contracted to complete by now.
Over half of their "completed" work has been rejected as failing.
So if you are generous they are getting fully paid despite only doing 8% of the job.
IDS still firmly believes his plan is working and he is saving money and giving value for money.
How incompetent does the minister have to be before Cameron gives him the boot?

Win or face wilderness: Blunkett

Labour could be in the political wilderness until 2030 if it fails to win next year's general election, former Cabinet minister David Blunkett warned..

His pals won't be happy about this and I'm of the understanding STEED contributed to the sum as well :hmmm:

The government also received £0.9bn as a result of a deal with Swiss tax authorities ostensibly designed to curb tax avoidance by UK nationals.

Could be pretty hard with Ed at the helm.

Red Devil 06-22-14 10:51 AM

with the UKIP ripping the heart out of Tory/Lib votes and to a certain extent, Labour. I can see labour getting back in by default. You see the average british labour voter is beset with an uncurable disease called apathy. They think that they have to vote labour, not because of any affinity to them, but 'they don't want Thatcher back in - honest! That's a reason they give. Nobody told them she was dead.

This was incredibly well reported in the mainstream media, wasn't it?

BBC Radio Newcastle made brief mention to the event yesterday and I wholeheartedly agree with their quote from Russell Brand...

"The people of this building [the House of Commons] generally speaking do not represent us, they represent their friends in big business. It's time for us to take back our power,"

Not very cleaver remark from this Labour MP

Quote:

Shadow Business Secretary Mr Umunna yesterday said that disconnected voters who are also unable to perform basic IT tasks are some of those who feel marginalised in society - many of whom voted Ukip.
