As bad and sad as it seems, I think that is inevitable now.

As a ParaTrooper? I was told under extreme situations there would be no prisoners. That meant I would not be a prisoner and those that surrendered could not be held so had to be permanently removed from battle.

War is Hell.

We have not moved so far distant from WWI or WWII as most want to believe.

I will not write much, I will give just one case.
(just concerning the conflict in Ukraine).

The day before yesterday, a Tochka-U missile struck the center of my city
of Donetsk (DPR) from the territory of Ukraine. 23 people were killed
and about 30 injured. Earlier I wrote about smaller victims,
but now they are exactly like that. The blow was struck from
Ukraine. (from the area of the city of Krasnoarmeysk).

An hour after the incident, I go to the social networks
of the Telegram application and watch the news.
- In Kiev! A missile strike was launched by Russia.
And attached are photos of dead civilians and a child from my Donetsk.

According to your news, it was not shown at all...

The next evening (yesterday), another Tochka-U rocket flew to us.
To the city of Makeyevka (you can say this is a continuation of the city of Donetsk)
Guess from where?) From Ukraine... People were killed and three children were severely injured...

You don't know anything about it either...

The missiles were shot down in the air but had cluster charges.

I must say I have tendency to believe the Ukrainians-Why !?
The Russian is committing massive bombardment of cities where the percentage Russian population is high. Kharkiv is one of them-The Russian population in this area is high.

You imply to be directly affected by being in location, thus you tend to see the guilt for that incident with the other side. But fact is you have no evidence for your interpretation of the story either.



And you speak on behalf of a side that commits war crimes and genocide notoriously, and has done so already in the wars before the Ukraine war. In Syria. In Georgia. Intentional targetted shelling of civilian buildings. Intention: to spread terror, to demoralise the population, and make them stop supporting their govenrment(s).


Currently Russian troops hold hostage a hospital in Mariupol while shooting artillery from it. And in the news they say a theatre has been bombed by Russia that was serving as bomb shelter for several hundred civilians. I saw the film and saw a buolding that collapsed, if huindreds opf peopel were inside, than many of them must be dead. Great going, Russia! Mass killer for the last 100 years, still a mass killer today.



Russia has a long record to commit war crimes and genocidal acts. Already before the Ukraine invasion. A VERY long history.



In the bigger picture of these Russian-made atrocities and war crimes, your missile story is relatively irrelevant, a minoir event amongst thiosuands of others. After all it is not the Ukrainians' fault that msisiles are flying. Its Russia's.



Sorry to be rude but you raise your voice for the side that is clearly the villain in all this mess and commits one atrocity after the other and intentionally mass-kills civilians and intentionally targets them, and now even shamelessly hides behind them.



There is a simple way to end all this drama: have the Russian attackers moving out of the Ukraine and leaving it alone. Russia attacked the Ukraine and invaded it - its not the other way around. Opposing opinions hardly will be met with much sympathy here. Today is the first time ever the US president did no longer shy away from calling Putin a war criminal, the internal EU court has demanded Russia to stop its unjustified attack on the Ukraine, and international law experts have made it clear that Putin and Gerasimov fulfill the criteria to be brought to the Hague for genocide as defined by the anti-genocide convention of the UN.



For my own part, I think their names will be rightfully mentioned in one breath in the future with that of Hitler and Stalin. They do their best to boost their body counts, both friend and foe.


Man eaters and soul slaughterers they are. The gallow is still too good for them.

I wrote about Disinformation.
I just want to explain that you should not believe everything that is shown on TV.
Japanese youth also still think that Hiroshima and Nagasaki were bombed by the USSR... Believe only Your eyes and check the information in different sources.

You are right, in a way.

Disinformation and maskirovska were Russia's or Putin's forte, but it backfired, and right now the whole world sees what is going on.
You can load all kinds of apps internationally and see through Putin's bs everywhere.

This does not mean that Russia can not "win" in the end (though i now doubt it), but even if you will never be able to subdue the Ukraine's people, or make Russia a respected member of the world again, in centuries to come.
