I think a 1.3 Patch is needed. Sure, the basics work, almost. But, with just the basics, it's too arcade-ish. Liners sink too easy (They always seem to explode), and the DD do almost nothing all the time. Sure, sinking something is great and all, but when it happens, and nothing is done by the escorts, it just kinda kills the sence of accomplishment, you know? The Aircraft almost never even notice Im there, either. If there are gonna be so many, why don't they do anything? I know the SD Radar works, but since 1.2 it kinda stopped. I dont't get anything from the SD anymore, not even aircraft, maybe it's just my early SD Radar, but surely it should pick up something? I would also like to see the 90-270 heading issue with the Radar fixed, I don't understand why that is messed up likr that? I would love to have the chronometer fixed most of all. I'm not good at math, and not very good at guessing either (apparently) and I Don't enjoy using the autotargeting, but with out the chronometer, it's the only way I can get anything. Please, I beg of you, fix it, fix as much as you can.:(

Agreed. it needs more patching. It's been collecting dust on a shelve for weeks, now. That's a shame.

As a loyal SH consumer and player, I hope Ubisoft will issue a fix for all the problems that we have all noted.
From someone who has purchased all of the Silent Hunter titles, whether Uboats interested me or not, some loyalty in return would be refreshing
(I never could get used to shooting torpedoes at the stars and stripes. It felt really weird.):-?

With the two previous patches, this game is playable.

BUT, the biggest game killer for me is the fact that all convoy ships almost stop while under attack ..... dumb .... dumb .... dumb ..... makes me not want to play an otherwise great sim.

I also wish the stad range issue was fixed .... I play Imperial ....

Well ..i just took a look at my shelf ...Ghost recon collector's pack...Rainbow six collector's edition ...Silent Hunter 1 2 3 and 4 .....mmmmm...dit not know i was so loyal to this compagnie ....must hade a lot of fate in them in the past i suppose.

I'm also a humble admin of a belgian-dutch fun clan , and a little time ago ...when they saw me playing SHIII ...they asked about it and if they chude buy it ..."shure ,when you are intrested ,why not"..." it's a good game and with GWX it's an even greater game".
2 are starting to play it and 2 are considering buying it.:D

Now they see me play SH IV(only with mod it's playable...thanks modguy's for that) and when i get that same question , i'll say ...."wait for a little while ...it needs some patching ...and like whe play allot bf2 ....i'll ad mostly .."it' a EA game for the moment and they understand what i mean by that:rotfl: .PATCH PATCH PATCH PATCH PATCH........
