Yes, it was found in the thread on the houses where the values you say you are self building owners and no loans, and "much" money in the bank ... the last thing in the text is only an expression of the former state employee, so that you can handle yourself as is good, I recognize the patterns, :up:

Well your right on most counts but particularly on the final point....when Mrs Buna and I met we struggled to put together a deposit...that's the part when you contact the Bank of Mam and Dad...young Buna was no different because these days first time buyers are being asked phenomenal sums as deposits compared to 25 years ago (10% would usually suffice).

Again, I think is honorable, and that you made them sacrifices, there you shall have credit for, the house you saw pictures of, and that was a "dollhouse" 110 square meters large,will be sold, under the next spring, 2012 :yep:

If it were located in a warmer climate I may well have been interested...currently considering looking for something in the Canaries.

I have an apartment in Madeira,good climate all year round, never oppressive as Spain...even if $ is weak so is the price the same,a strong crown.
