Really liked that clip; the lady playing guitar with Bo was known as The Duchess (Norma-Jean Wofford) and was a part of Bo's band for about four years; she was a very good guitar player in her own right:

The Duchess was not the first female guitar player in Bo's band; a very talented guitarist and multi-instrumentalist, Peggy Jones, aka Lady Bo, was the second guitar player for several years before Wofford; she wrote and played all the guitar parts on a Bo Diddley single, Aztec; in spite of the E. McDaniel (Bo Diddley) writing credit, the composition is all Jones':
