:haha:

Ah, Golden Eye, those were the times. Might dig it out for nostalgia's sake.

Still one of the greatest MP games I've played. Especially the Facility map was awesome!

Ha, played on the N64 during the weekend and had a couple of shots at the Goldeneye missions :yeah:

ow btw, there's a Souce mod called Goldeneye 64 Source
its a Souce MultiPlayer mod with the same mechanics as the N64 game, same maps and gameplay

worth a look I say :yep:

EDIT: http://www.moddb.com/mods/goldeneye-source

seems they are still developing it further

Yup, I'm aware of GE:S, but meh, don't think it can topple the original. :hmmm:

Got rather a large soft-spot for Perfect Dark's multiplayer, and the 'simulants' that you could make with it. We had some characters with that...good times, good times. Should really dig out the N64 and rig it all up again at my mates sometime...should still have all the Simulant settings saved too.

Yea nothing like playing with three or four buddies after school. Those were the days.

Today's kids have now idea. Every had a spawn blocker in Goldeneye? Hell no! You would reach over and smack him! Ever had a h4x0r? Hell no! You all ran off the same cartridge!

A few months ago I fired up Goldeneye on my old N64... I was appalled at the graphics. :haha: To think I though this was good at one time, :o but still... ah the memories... :yep:

I still got spawn camped at Doom on a LAN game at school...and I couldn't reach over and hit the culprit because he was my teacher... :damn:

Tempting though... :hmmm:
