I have downloaded 2 ships USS Enterprise and USS Saratoga and the required tex/libsh4 files.

What do I do next? Do I load all 4 via JSGME or what?

Thanks for the amazing ships you had offered to the community.
I have a small prob. Hunt class destroyers and flower class Corvette have no wake. How can i fix it? Or i haven't done something wrong during installation?

I notice, also on the pictures in the UUW blog the Hunts have no wake. However, the respective nodes and controllers are in place and all works nicely in my test installation.
Just one idea: check if the siaj_nave.tga is in your data/misc folder.

Just checked the files on Mediafire; they are same as those in my installation. So, I have no idea why the wake does not show up; in my installation it's there. Just in case, check if the foam01 to foam12.tga are in your Misc folder.

By the way, those ships are no conversions from SH5 but scratch-built for SH3 ...

I re-downloaded again and worked..
