My front and back lawn is all white! :DNO lawnmowers required.:D

Judging by what I see on the weather forecast, you people living in the North eastern US, stay safe!

Onkel Neal 01-26-15 10:45 AM

Yeah, it sounds like the Northeast is about to go down for the count, you guys keep us updated!

Betonov 01-26-15 11:09 AM

Set my hammock today and fell asleep on the warm winter sun :)

Jimbuna 01-26-15 02:31 PM

Aye, Northeast is looking pretty bleak on the UK news.

We here in Eastern Canada are going to get this as well. Blizzard warning for tomorrow with very strong winds and up to 30 cm of snow. The upside...no work tomorrow. :woot:

Jimbuna 01-26-15 04:54 PM

Stay safe ALL.

I prefer to leave work at work. Except for when I have the big truck at home.

How are you all doing in the northeast U.S. and the Maritimes?

Relaxing and safe at home. Daughter went to work but came back. No school and most places are closed. Could get up to 45 cm and winds up to 50km/h with gusts to 75km/h. They call it a blizzard. Winds over 40km/h for over 4 hours. Guess I'll have a coffee. Hope our American friends are alright.

Near miss...

It missed us here in the Poconos.
For the most part. Five inches on the ground.

Jimbuna 01-29-15 06:04 AM

Getting our first snow now in the north east of England but nothing like Scotland and Wales or the eastern US have had.

We've got an 'Alberta' clipper coming through today. So far.....nothing.

Having just paid my dues for 5 days in Pennsylvania's blizzard; gratefully out to mow the lawn in 60+ degrees. Hopefully sailing SF Bay tomorrow.:sunny:
