If you are asking about the Med water thenI believe that is a part of SH3 Commander.It loads that water color when you are based in the Med.

Okay....Renown=10000000000000000000000000000000000 000000000 minus or plus???

come to think of it.....it should be plus, since "renown" should mean if you are famous or not, and if a German U-boat captain did that......well....
