Oh, I'll be doing some gloating tomorrow... :haha: Given Chelskis lacklustre performance against United the other week I'm not entirely surprised to be honest.

City vs United will be a good match to watch, I may be a United man but I reckon City have a good chance, United are struggling in places.

One thing I've always wondered though, if they took footballers wages down by about 75%, who would still be playing football? :hmmm: Thought for the day :03:

Hi Jamie...picture this:

My 18 year old daughter has her first boyfriend who lives in my home town with his family but was born in Peckham and as such is a Chelsea supporter (southern dialect and all that).

His mothers brother (his uncle) is the Newcastle United club dentist and an official club sponsor of not only Newcastle United but also the skunks that reside on the banks of the Wear :o

It is not unusual to see my daughter waltzing around the place of abode wearing official Chelsea club issue sportswear whilst insisting she is a Toon follower like her father.

I need a drink

No sir you didn't. Europeans tend to make fun of our version of football and was getting ready for a good ol' ribbing from my friends across the Atlantic. I can take a teasing, I been tempered by more agressive forums:D

Sorry:)

Great picture of Emmit Smith, the greatest running back of all time. I hate the Dallas cowboys personally, I am a Niner fan. And any time we lost in the early 90s was to that team, and to that number 22 running the ball all over us...

Gee thanks , I'm depressed:timeout:

Pecham? Does he drive a little yellow Reliant Regal van? Does he, realising your affinity for things that go underwater, call you Uncle Albert? Is he a plonker? :hmmm:

I think you'll find he's David Beckham, and that number is clearly 23. Sheesh, these Americans don't know much about football do they? :hmmm:

Dear People Who Keep Making Discworld Movies,

I admire and appreciate the fact that you are making DW movies. Really, I do. Because my heart longs for a really, really great film adaptation of a DW story. But unless you can swing the type of budget that allows for really good special effects and possibly Peter Jackson to direct, please... just stop. Because I keep wasting time watching these things that would be better spent just re-reading the books instead, which I could easily do in the 2-4 hours it takes to watch another mediocre film adapation of a DW book.

Huggles,

FK
