Wilder married Gilda Radner, who died of ovarian cancer in the late '80s. Kahn succumbed to the same disease, what, about 10 years ago? She had gotten married to a longtime boyfriend (not Wilder) just prior to her death.

There were rumors that Wilder and Kahn had an affair during the making of Young Frankenstein, but he was married to someone else at the time. He and Kahn were never married to each other AFAIK.
